Historic, busy Winchester restaurant requires hard working, experienced Sous Chef to work alongside talented Head Chef & help develop the young enthusiastic kitchen brigade. Must be experienced & able to take responsibility of the kitchen when Head Chef is absent. Must have high standards & work well in a small team. The menu is modern British with a twist and has a focus on local produce. A balance of modern & classic techniques. The company has exciting plans to expand the current offering.
